Workshop Design
- A half-day, in-person, training session for two executive level or board representatives from each organization. The training session will cover the leadership continuity planning process
and templates for developing an effective plan. - Each organization will independently develop their leadership continuity plan using the templates provided and referencing the training material.
- Following the workshop, CNM will provide a one hour consultation with each organization to provide feedback about their plan.
- CNM will conduct a follow-up session with each organization, if needed, to review any plan revisions discussed and to provide additional feedback.
