This session considers the success factors concerning leadership self-awareness, management style that influence you. Bringing your own self to the art of fundraising is a measure of your success.

Barbara Shelton, CFRE
Serving as Vice President of M. Gale & Associates, Barbara oversees Consulting, Associate and Strategic Partnerships at M. Gale and plays an integral role in establishing innovative and tailored approaches for our clients with unique service methodologies. Barbara is a veteran fundraiser, nonprofit executive, and consultant with deep experience working with a wide variety of nonprofit professionals and organizations. Her fundraising journey began at an early age with the American Cancer Society, and she has continued her passion for helping nonprofits ever since!
