The organization was founded in 2011 to address the complexities of substance abuse and its impact on our community.  The founder, after being in recovery for over many years, felt compelled to give back to women through providing a recovery residence similar to the one that saved her life.  Over 600 women have gone through our residential program, and with seven houses we will now serve about 280 women per year.  These facilities are designed specifically for women who are recovering addicts to help them get back on their feet by assisting them in acquiring the skills and emotional support necessary to integrate back into society and get a fresh start at life.  They are a home for residents to develop coping skills that will help them master the social and professional demands of society.  Our facilities are designed for residents to live and function in a drug- and alcohol-free environment.  We also have an intensive outpatient program.
