In 2005, Frazier Revitalization, Inc., an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was formed to provide long-term leadership and strategic support for the implementation of the Frazier redevelopment vision. The mission of Frazier Revitalization is to be the catalyst for the revitalization and transformation of the Frazier neighborhood by partnering with residents and other community based organizations to implement programming and projects that improve the overall quality of life and foster neighborhood growth. Since inception, Frazier Revitalization has brought together partners and facilitated development seeking resident participation for positive community development in the Frazier neighborhood.

Frazier Revitalization’s programs, in partnership with community leaders and residents, include advocacy, real estate development, housing improvements and holistic programming for children and youth.
