Founded in 2002, Emily’s Place works to break the cycle of domestic violence through long-term care that seeks to restore faith, hope, and health. It accomplishes this by providing transitional housing and support for women fleeing domestic abuse and their children for up to two years, giving families the time they need to achieve financial independence away from their abuser. Our holistic program serves as the bridge between homelessness/emergency shelter and independent living for the families in our care.
