Andrea recently joined the Center for Nonprofit Management as Chief Operating Officer (COO), January 2026 with over 25+ years of experience bridging organizations from vision to execution, driving business transformation, financial growth and operational efficiencies. Previously, Andrea served as a Partner with Ernst & Young LLP in the Consulting practice, leading high-impact initiatives in the non-profit sector, mid-market, pre-IPO and Fortune 100, delivering measurable growth and value-driven solutions. As a growth market leader, she led regional efforts within the private equity sectors, as well as assisted with merger and acquisition readiness and stand-up. This resulted in her successfully securing and delivering on +$50M in new consulting revenues for the firm in Change management, Customer Experience redesign, Process Improvement, Strategy redesign, Crisis Management and Data analytics / System implementations.
Andrea’s focus on organization growth and business development continued as a Fractional COO subsequent to her consulting career, where she assisted organizations on an interim basis. She assisted over 10 different, rapidly growing non-profit organizations focused on the development of families, children and educational programs, community groups and digital content; transforming functions within the organization, automating processes and providing recommendations to enhance operations.
As a growth markets leader and community change agent in philanthropic ventures, Andrea also serves on local nonprofit boards continuing to support mission-driven initiatives to enhance business performance and sustainability.
