How do I post a job?
If you would like to post a job, you can follow this link to our new Career Center. You will need to create an account to post a job.

Do I need to be a CNM member to post a job?
No, the CNM Career Center is open to all regardless of membership status, but members will receive a discounted rate.
What are the job posting rates?
You can view our job posting rates and products here.
Members can post your open Board Member positions for free. Please email membership@thecnm.org for assistance.
What is the Job Flash™ Package?
The Job Flash™ is a twice monthly email from CNM’s Career Center that highlights the latest job opportunities to CNM’s members and job seekers. To purchase the add on of the Job Flash™, view our products here. If you would like to receive future Job Flash™ emails, please email membership@thecnm.org for assistance.
How do I apply my member discount to a job posting?
With our new platform, discounts are automatically applied to member accounts. If you do not see the member rate reflected in your cart, please email membership@thecnm.org for assistance.
I am a jobseeker. Are there any resources for me?
Yes! Our new CNM Career Center isn’t just for employers to post their open positions. Jobseekers can get help with resume writing, career coaching, and industry insights. As a benefit, members get one free resume review.
Additionally, we have a resume bank where individuals can submit their resumes for employers to access and search for candidates.
Professional Development
Are seminars and certificates free?
While we occasionally have free offerings, most of CNM’s professional development services are not free. Prices may vary, but the typical seminar price for a member is $125 and $200 for non-members. Certificates vary widely, depending on subject matter and how many sessions.
Where can I find your training schedule?
You can find it here. We recommend checking it often as dates are added and also subject to change.
My organization has a CNM membership but I forgot to apply the discount code when I registered for a course. Can you refund that money?
Unfortunately, we do not refund the difference if the discount code is not applied at the time of transaction.
Membership
How do I know when my membership is going to expire?
With CNM’s new membership platform, the master account associated your account will receive 3 reminder emails that the membership is going to expire. If you’re not sure who is the owner of the master account, please email membership@thecnm.org.
I haven’t received my member discount code. Where can I find it?
With our new membership platform, there is no longer a monthly coupon code. Login to your membership account here and discounts will be automatically applied. If you aren’t sure what your username and password are and/or believe you have an account, please try your email as your username and reset your password below. If that does not work, please contact membership@thecnm.org.

Consulting Services
How much are your consulting services, like strategic consulting, outcomes and evaluation, or professional development?
All of CNM’s consulting projects are customized, so cost varies by project scope and CNM staff required to complete the project. This is so you receive work tailored to best meet your organization’s needs. Additionally, we often have scholarship funds that can help cover a portion of the total cost. Can you help me start a nonprofit?
Unfortunately, no. If you need assistance with paperwork and establishing a 501c3, please contact Nonprofit Elite.
Do you have nonprofit compensation information?
Please visit the Candid for survey data related to nonprofit compensation.
Do you have space I can rent for my nonprofit to hold a meeting?
Unfortunately, our offices do not have any space available for nonprofits. Our Dallas complex, Energy Square, has space available to rent by the hour. Contact them at 214-438-6100.
