Take your knowledge and practice of donor-centered fundraising to a new level. This session provides the backdrop to understanding the critical elements of fundraising, cultivation and stewardship and how they work together to create a meaningful change in mindset for you, your donors, and your organization.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Barbara McColm, CFRE
Barbara is a founding member of M. Gale & Associates and brings to the team an expertise in nonprofit fundraising including healthcare, retirement living, cultural and community service organizations. As a consultant, Barbara strategically helps professionals, and their organizations work through complex issues that affect change and set them on a path to greater success. She offers guidance in internal assessments, development administration, major gift fundraising, planned giving, facilitation, strategic planning, and capital/endowment campaigns.
