Frisco Family Services is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic full-time Volunteer Services Manager to cultivate, motivate and manage volunteers to support programming and operational goals.
This key position will be responsible for a comprehensive, individual and group volunteer management program including recruitment, screening, training, onboarding, placement, scheduling, motivation, retention and supervision of volunteers. The Volunteer Services Manager works closely with all staff including Client Services, Marketing and Development, as well as schools, businesses, corporations, religious and other external organizations to cultivate and maintain community partnerships, engagement and support.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage time, tasks and priorities. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are a must. Excellent verbal/public speaking and written communication are essential. Must be flexible for evening and weekend volunteer activities.
Bachelor’s Degree required with a minimum of 3-5 years volunteer management or related field experience.
