Girls Inc. Seeks VP of Finance: Come Grow with US

Are you ready for the next step in your career?  Do you have a proven financial track record working in a nonprofit?

Girls Inc., a high-growth non-profit, seeks a strategic and results-oriented VP of Finance to lead our financial management. You'll partner with the CEO and senior leadership to develop financial strategy, plan budgets, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop financial strategy & contribute to strategic goals
• Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis
• Oversee accounting, reporting & risk management
• Manage administrative functions & implement efficient processes
• Partner with the Board & Finance Committee

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in senior finance in a non-profit
• Bachelor’s in business or accounting (MBA preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• Passion for Girls Inc.'s mission

Dallas area residency required
