Jubilee Park & Community Center seeks a part time Specialized Student Support (S3) Program Coordinator. This position will report directly to the Program Delivery Manager and will provide leadership and development in driving the Specialized Student Support Program, providing adaptive technology, tailored curriculum, and parent empowerment to help students with special learning differences make the most of Jubilee's after-school and summer programs. The S3 Coordinator will oversee all aspects of the program, including planning, creating and revising programs, developing policies and guidelines, hiring and training staff and supervising program activities. A Bachelor of Science degree is required and certification in Special Education is preferred. Must have two or more years of classroom teaching experience in an urban school setting as a special education teacher. Must demonstrate an advanced understanding of instructional strategies for students with autism, developmental delay, specific learning disabilities, and behavior disorders. Must have the ability to work independently, have excellent time-management skills and attention to detail. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
