Receptionist

Community Partners of Dallas is seeking a strong individual to serve as our full-time Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with a friendly voice and demeanor for interacting with everyone visiting the building and over the phone.

Main duties will include, but are not limited to: greeting guests, donors and visitors and directing them to the appropriate area, answering all incoming phone calls, answering general questions and accepting mail and signing for packages.  Data entry and filing skills are required. Must be able to lift 25 pounds. Other duties will be assigned as needed.

The Receptionist will report to the Executive Administrator. GED/HS degree required, college preferred. Submit resume and cover letter with salary requirements by email to amanda@cpdtx.org. No phone calls please.
