Coordinates comprehensive intervention/prevention services for domestic violence perpetrators, including providing intake assessments and PAIP group sessions utilizing the DAIP Curriculum “Creating a Process of Change for Men Who Batter.”
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages day to day operation of PAIP Program in consultation and collaboration with Director of Reformative services on program management, needs, and changes. Provides program support and coordination for group facilitators; assists in troubleshooting and problem resolution; communicate program needs to Director of Reformative Services.
Maintains a flexible work schedule suitable to the program goals, including assigned individual or group services.
Maintains community awareness of the services available through the PAIP Program.
Advocates in the community and with the legal system regarding services needed by perpetrators of domestic violence. Provide community stakeholder training in coordination with the Director of Reformative Services.
Assists Director of Reformative Services in the development and revision of PAIP programs, policies, procedures and manuals.
Conducts / implements program evaluation for all the PAIP Program activities, including data gathering and analysis of pre- and post- intervention testing.
Maintains and submits to Director of Reformative Services appropriate statistics and reports for perpetrator services.
Reports statistical grant information to Director of Reformative Services, as required.
Participates in and provides initial and ongoing facilitator feedback and training to support best practices in intervention with this population. Plans, assigns, and directs work; addresses complaints and resolves problems.
Maintain accreditation to provide services by attending appropriate trainings required for level of licensure.
Enforces DHS and TDCJ standards.
Manages screening and registration of clients for PAIP Program participation.
Collaborates with other staff to provide an efficient service delivery system.
Assists with securing funding for the PAIP Program through client service fees.

In consultation and collaboration with the Director of Reformative Services, provides direct supervision to 7-10 program facilitators in the PAIP program. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, grants and applicable laws. In addition, supervises some tasks of volunteers and/or student interns assigned to the PAIP Program.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree (BA / BSW) in Social Work or related field. Knowledge of clinical intervention, social work theory and ethics. Experience in and knowledge of family violence theory preferred.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Understanding of and ability to work with statistical data.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Duties somewhat complex, some discretion required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
LMSW or LPC preferred. Must possess valid Texas Driver's license and/or have reliable transportation.
