Dallas CASA seeks a part-time (30 hours per week) Human Resources Director. The HR Director is responsible for overall HR functions and planning and carrying out policies relating to all phases of HR. Responsibilities include developing HR plans and strategies that include talent acquisition and retention. The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee-related agency insurance policies, payroll and related regulatory requirements, personnel evaluation process, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations and laws. This position will also be responsible for creating, planning and implementing an agency-wide staff development and training program.
