Community Partners of Dallas is looking for a Development Manager to join our team. This exciting position will oversee logistics for events, manage the donor database and serve as a liaison to two auxiliaries. Additional projects will include but not be limited to donor correspondence and relations, data entry, special projects and volunteer support. The position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task and problem solve, great attention to detail, and will be filled by a team player with lots of energy. Candidates must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills as well as computer proficiency, particularly in Excel. Experience with Raiser’s Edge preferred. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Public Relations, marketing or communications, and two to three years of job experience.
