Serve Denton is hiring! We are expanding from our 5- acre campus in Denton, Texas, to a new campus in Lewisville, Texas. With a focus on health and human services, the new center is expected to support high-quality, wrap-around services offered by its nonprofit tenants to the Lewisville community.

We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Director of Development for Serve Lewisville to join our team and lead the fundraising for the new center. Ideally, this candidate would have strong connections to Lewisville and be comfortable working with diverse groups, including individuals, businesses, churches, and civic organizations. A successful candidate will have a strong track record as a fundraiser, excellent relationship management skills, critical thinking, and strategic planning abilities. The Director of Operations will be an employee of Serve Denton, located at Serve Lewisville, and support the work of both Serve Denton and Serve Lewisville. The primary job responsibility of the Director of Development is to create and maintain positive relationships with the City of Lewisville community, churches, civic groups, and businesses to raise funds to support Serve Lewisville. As such, the Director of Development must be positive, transparent, ethical, engaging, and able to work independently and follow through on commitments.
