Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develop policies and procedures for all aspects of data entry processes as well as implementing Raiser’s Edge (RE) policies and procedures across departments.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to assure database integrity. Provide quality control for daily gifts and record keeping.
  • Provide back-up for donation data entry during campaigns/peak times.
  • Provide training for new users to RE.
  • Develop written materials/documentation for all gift entry processes including constituent addition and update.
  • Prepare monthly donation reports for distribution
  • Assist with confidential research for update of business information, including contact persons for “primary contact” on business records.
  • Assist in development of report design and queries for mailings/invitations/lists.
  • Maintain schedule for duplicate check and removal.
  • Assist with all aspects of Raisers Edge Projects, including but not limited to processing and reporting.
  • Work with confidential information in a professional and responsible manner.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of comprehensive database entry experience and Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge Fund Raising software experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Crystal Report or other report writers required
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Requires the ability to think creatively, analytically and manipulate data through queries to produce reports and lists.
  • Polished telephone, interpersonal, and writing skills.
