Frisco Family Services seeks a full-time Client Services Director. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Client Services Director is responsible for day-to-day operation, staffing and administration of all programs and services in the Client Services Department; leads, plans, organizes, and develops programs that support the FFS mission and strategic objectives; and partners with other senior staff to develop program evaluation activities. The Client Services Director ensures that programs operate within budget and reporting requirements and financial guidelines are met. This position ensures the successful management and administration of the Volunteer Services Program; serves as a liaison and networks with other nonprofit organizations; attends community events and develops and delivers presentations on behalf of our organization. Individual must have proven leadership and supervisory skills, be dependable, detail oriented and a self-starter with a strategic mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Master’s Degree in Social Work required with a minimum of 7 years related experience with atleast 5 years demonstrated experience as a supervisor.
Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
