Join a transformational team of innovative and determined leaders in a supportive and highimpact environment working side-by-side women and their children to disrupt the cycle of
poverty. As the lead program officer, this individual is responsible for oversight, development,
and administration of all Transforming Lives programs and services. Holistic, integrated
services include housing for families experiencing homelessness, early childhood education,
clinical counseling, and economic mobility. In this position, time is primarily devoted to guiding,
supporting program leadership while working collaboratively with other members of the
executive team. This individual will also represent CTL in collaborative efforts across the
county in the fields of homeless services, early childhood education and economic mobility.
Ideal candidates embrace two-generation, trauma-informed care, have an appreciation for
diversity, equity and inclusion and can apply these concepts to daily program operations. Must
have a successful track record with designing, supervising, and evaluating programs. Successful
track record with financial aspects of program management, including planning, budgeting and
detailed oversight is required. Successful public funding grant writing and management history
is required.

To be considered, candidates should have:
• Master degree with five years of related management experience;
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail;
• Above average care and concern about doing things well;
• Highly developed relationship skills;
• High degree of trustworthiness, efficiency and confidence.
