The Annual Fund Manager reports to the Director of Development and manages a robust Annual Fund program. The candidate will be an integral part of the Development team, will be a self-starter with high energy, creativity, and organizational skills. The candidate will have the ability to work with others on the administrative details of fundraising campaigns, will be able to work well with staff and lay leaders, will have the ability to create dashboard reports, and will possess strong knowledge of Raiser’s Edge.
Primary responsibilities include organization of the Annual Fund program, preparation of donor letters; preparing and supporting volunteers for solicitation calls, donor database management; design and creation of reports; scheduling meetings and calls.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point); strong knowledge of Raiser’s Edge including gift entry, queries, and reports; ability to work well staff and volunteers, excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task; ability to work both cooperatively and independently, strong organization skills, possess a professional and friendly attitude.
