Maximize Your Assets: Revenue Development through Strategic Partnerships

Every organization has intrinsic value and underutilized assets that are appealing to business partners and donors. Learn to identify those opportunities in your organization and create a plan for a multi-faceted fund development program, blending contributed and earned revenues to support your annual budget.

Learning Objectives:

  • Move beyond special events sponsorships to establish ongoing relationships with corporate/business partners through brand alignment.
  • Inventory, define, and valuate your organization’s assets, and clearly articulate what is NOT available for partnership discussions.
  • Develop policies and procedures to market your organization for fund development.
  • Define metrics and track your progress and growth.

Clint has a passion for the arts, particularly the critical role nonprofit organizations play in creating space for dialogues in and among communities. His career has been focused on helping organizations articulate strategic priorities and develop practical and effective policies, systems, and procedures in support of their mission and philanthropic goals. He has held roles in fund development, marketing & communications and sales, program design, project management, and strategic planning.
