This course will prepare you to effectively set and track goals, milestones, objectives and outcomes for grant reporting. You will be able to enhance your grant reporting efforts using best practices and strategies proven to be successful.
This course is intended for staff and board members of nonprofits that engage in charitable fundraising activities.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Michelle Crim, CFRE
Michelle currently serves as President of Dynamic Development Strategies, LLC and provides interim leadership and strategic fundraising services to nonprofits in the Tarrant County and surrounding areas. Her 20-year career in fundraising and nonprofit management has included roles in both higher education institutions and social service organizations. She received her Certified Fundraising Executive credentials (CFRE) in 2008, is a past president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Fort Worth Metro Chapter and is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Fort Worth.
She serves on numerous nonprofit boards and frequently speaks on a variety of fundraising topics, nonprofit leadership and Down syndrome.
