Get Hands On With Outcomes: Logic Models Workshop
July 24 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
A logic model is a graphic depiction that presents the shared relationships among resources, activities, outputs and outcomes/impacts of an organization’s program(s). Logic models help outline how a program is working; it outlines what activities a program engages in, the resources a program has, and the outcomes that are expected based on program activities. This workshop will provide participants with the definition of the key terminology utilized in logic models including resources, activities, outputs and outcomes/impacts, and then will provide instructions on how to create a logic model. Throughout the workshop, participants will work with CNM Outcomes and Evaluation Consultants to create or revise logic models for their programs.
