Connect, Engage, and Grow with Leadership Circles
Establish a network of trusted peers to support you in your nonprofit leadership journey.
Leadership circles help you navigate the challenges and complexity of the nonprofit sector by connecting you with a network of peers facing many of the same issues and concerns. With the guidance of an experienced facilitator, Leadership Circles provide participants a confidential environment where they can engage in peer coaching, develop leadership skills, and overcome obstacles by engaging in thoughtful problem solving.
Leadership Circles are for those who:
- Want to develop a network of nonprofit leaders.
- Desire active engagement with peers.
- Want practical learning while processing real world, complex problems.
- Seek to learn within a peer coaching environment.
- Value a confidential space to explore strategic direction.
Circles are open to CEO/Executive Directors, Development, Marketing, Operations and Program Directors. The Leadership Circles are held monthly from September 2019-May 2020 for 2 hours. There are Circles available at both our Dallas and Fort Worth offices.

“The Leadership Circle provided me with a group of like-minded peers, who encouraged me through multiple issues over the last year. This type of group processing was extremely helpful in getting to the root of various work-related problems. I am grateful for the individuals in my Circle and their coaching over the last year.”
