Get the confidence and skills you need to manage HR without an HR degree

The focus of this workshop is to give confidence to non-HR managers who deal with a variety of HR issues in the workplace. We’ll cover the basic employment laws without the legal jargon, explore best practices in the employee life cycle, and find resources for those more difficult situations. This three-day program is highly engaging and interactive through activities, case studies, and discussions to help you problem-solve through your organization’s employee drama.
