Our mission is to empower women, fight poverty and impact generations. We
focus on women because research shows that when you invest in a woman,
she lifts up herself, her family and her community. We tackle barriers and root
causes because we believe poverty is often a symptom of gender and racial
inequities. Beginning as the YWCA in 1908, WiNGS is constantly evolving to
meet women's changing needs

WiNGS provides a full suite of tailored services to empower women and families to live their fullest potential, no matter where they are in their journey.  We do this by providing a continuum of resources for near-term needs, first-time motherhood, financial resiliency, career growth, and entrepreneurial development to support our member as she increasingly gains confidence and sufficiency in achieving her life goals.
