Refugee Services of Texas (RST), Inc. is a non-profit social service agency guided by principles of human compassion and dignity committed to providing quality services for refugees, asylees, and survivors of human trafficking. The five RST service centers throughout the state provide refugee resettlement services and other programs designed for the local communities we serve.
