All about us: Giving Hope is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency that serves individuals and families experiencing or at-risk of homelessness in Denton County, Texas. Our agency receives federal, state, and local government grants as well as funds from private donors and other grant makers. Since 1986, our housing assistance programs have helped thousands to stabilize and become self-sufficient.

We are a Front Door to the Texas Balance of State Continuum of Care. Our staff performs street outreach, case management, and advocacy through collaboration with community partners for support services. We provide rental and utility assistance for eligible participants, with specific programs for persons with disabilities and veterans.
